Delete your MemeBox account

MemeBox is a product of Ancon Consulting HK Limited

Use this page to request deletion of your MemeBox account and the personal data stored with it. You can also delete the account inside the app: open MemeBox, go to Settings, and tap Delete account.

What we delete

• Your email, name, and password
• Google, Apple, and Facebook sign-in identifiers

What we keep

• Purchase, unlock, and redeem records, with your name and email removed, where we must keep them for legal or accounting reasons
• Sound files already saved on your phone. Those stay on the device until you delete them or uninstall the app

Deletion on this page happens when you submit the form. It is not delayed.
