MemeBox ("we", "our", "us") is operated and owned by Ancon Consulting HK Limited. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

• Account information (email address, display name) when you register
• OAuth identity tokens when you sign in with Google, Apple, Facebook, or X
• Purchase history and sound download activity
• Device identifiers for BLE device pairing

How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate your account and maintain your session
• To process payments and deliver purchased content
• To improve the service and diagnose issues

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is only shared when necessary with third-party service providers such as payment processors (Antom / Alipay+) strictly for completing transactions.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing wilsoncheng212@gmail.com or by removing the MemeBox app from your Facebook account in Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites . Purchase records are retained in anonymised form for legal compliance.

Security

All data is transmitted over TLS 1.2 or higher. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. OAuth tokens are never stored — only the provider user ID is retained.
